2007 NAPA Best of Show Winner

RIMCO’s design-production team won the 2007 C. Taylor Kew Award for Best Rigid Box at the North American Packaging Association’s Annual International Competition held in Orlando Florida for the San Diego Hard Rock Hotel and Condominium buyer package. This high end presentation package was designed to hold floor plans, property brochures and other important documents that is presented to prospective condominium buyers. It’s construction features a five panel wrap around cover secured with a hidden magnet and engraved plate closure. The interior tray is designed to organize and hold the materials for easy removal and viewing. The first sample is made from polypropylene. Poly is the perfect alternative for a paper or laminated paper product that needs to be durable. As you can see, the printing surface is smooth and graphics pop. Perfect for high traffic as well as wet areas like pools and bars. Paper must be tossed when it becomes soiled while poly can simply be wiped down and reused.

Introducing a new product in today’s economical environment requires getting it right the first time. The presentation box is designed to hold a DVD, leather coasters and a bound book. The gatefold box closure is a hidden magnet and the logo is a printed tip in applied to a debossed area on the cover of the box. The complete presentation is then slid into a 4-color printed sleeve and is ready for presentation to the client.
